A new development plan has been submitted to the City of Largo for the vacant land directly adjacent to the North side of Donovan's Park and behind Harbersons.  The plan is for a 134 unit apartment complex.  Among other things this will create major traffic issues on frontage road.    An information meeting was held by the City.  The neighborhood associations around Donovan's Park are fighting the development.  Click here if you would like to listen to the meeting.  A neighborhood information meetings page comes up.  Scroll down to the May 18, 2022 Trees for Your Apartments meeting and click on that.
